Return & Exchange Policy

At Addi & Emmy Co., we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are offered through preorder collections and limited releases, we have established the following return and exchange policy.

All Sales Are Final

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Delayed delivery estimates provided at the time of purchase

We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing information prior to placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@addiandemmyco.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
A description of the issue

We will review each request and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult when shopping online.

If inventory is available, we may offer a size exchange on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Items must:

Be unworn
Be in original condition
Include original packaging
Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Exchange approval is subject to inventory availability.

Preorder Items

Many Addi & Emmy Co. products are offered through preorder collections.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated delivery timeline provided at checkout. Preorder purchases cannot be canceled once production has begun.
